Service Description
This session allows you to create a monthly plan that will support goal achievement, accountability and consistency. We will partner up to plan a healthy approach towards weight loss/health, time management, organization, stress management, life balancing, budgeting/saving and more. This included: Diet Planning, Exercise Regiment, Scheduling, Self-Care and More. Includes 1 Monthly 1 hour Session 1 Support Check-In Call/Text Per Week
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please email or message staff 24 hours before session. If session is canceled within 24 hours of session, refund will be given. No shows and late cancellations will not be refunded. Clients will have a 15 minute late arrival time. Please email or message staff if there is a late arrival to session. For body movement sessions, consult with your healthcare provider before booking if health concerns are present. One Forward Life Coaching is not liable for personal injuries.
